FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How Much Does it Cost For Google Virtual Tour?
Our prices are very competitive, and offer great value for money, as this would be a one off fee with no recurring charges. Currently our starting price for a Google Street View Virtual Tour is £100 and includes:
- Up to 5 viewpoints that are connected
- Virtual Tour added to Google Street View
- Virtual Tour added to Google Maps
- Free to use the generated code on your Facebook page and website
- Static photography taken in front of business
For larger business premises please contact us for a quote.
How Long Does The Process Take?
Typically our photo shoots take about 1-3 hours to complete. We prefer to capture business premises in HDR (High Dynamic Range) which requires 3 exposure brackets for each photo taken. Once we have all the photography we need, we then get to work stitching everything together while connecting the appropriate viewpoints. Generally all imagery is live on Google within 10 business days.
Note
- We are currently testing the highest resolution 360 camera currently available, which depending on lighting may make the whole process quicker.

Can Customers be Visible During the Shoot?
It is recommended that the shoot takes place prior to the business or premises opening. We do however use software to blur peoples faces if needed.
Do I Need a Google Business Listing?
Ideally yes, but we can still link a Google Street View Virtual Tour with your business using maps.
If your business isn't already listed with Google, you can do so by registering here.
To add your business information to Google Maps, Search, and other Google properties, you’ll need to create a Google My Business listing. Manage how your business information appears across Google, including Search and Maps, using Google My Business—for free.
Upon registering, Google will send a 'postcard' with a code to verify the business address, which usually takes 2-3 business days. During this time your business will be added to Google maps but will display a 'unverified' message.

Can I Embed the Virtual Tour on My Website?

Who Owns the Photos?
The business owner or proprietor owns the photos after payment has been completed.
What if The Business Decor Changes?
We will gladly reshoot the premises at a reduced cost.
